Mark was very pleasant to deal with. The overall purchase and delivery process went smoothly and he was able to explain all of the new features with no problem. He goes out of his way to provide information to help customer. He was fair and honest in his dealings and provided us with several alternatives that suited our particular needs. I would definitely recommend him to my friends or anyone.

JMK: the new building on 22 is beautiful, and so is the way they treat customers! Straight facts and figures. No games. I've bought 5 BMW's from JMK - have had one of every series except the new introductions. Almost considered a different car this time around, just for variety, but the sales games elsewhere were so disturbing, or else, if you weren't already a customer, they wouldn't go an extra mile. this is the third car we puchased with the help of chuck. he is very reliable and goes over and above. anything that was needed chuck was there to help and never had to ask a second time. this car was purchased in nj but we now live in long island it was worth the trip. ceasar in financial services was a big help also. he informed us of everything we needed to know about the financial part. jmk has my vote and will go back again and recommend anyone who is interested in buying a new bmw. thank you, sandy parks

JMK is excellent! My family has purchased and serviced our cars with them since 2002. Their service department is wonderful. Jacob, Claudio and Jose are great to work with and always keep me posted on the service of the car. Each visit is pleasant and the administrative staff (Beatrice and Maria)are also great. I have purchased 3 certified BMW's from JMK. I have had all three serviced over the last 7 years. Service advice is honest and service reps are not concerned about a quick one time sale. Jacob K has come through on multiple occasions. He builds relationships and that can only be done with good advice, prompt turnaround and honest communication.

I've been going to JMK for servicing since I purchased the car at their dealership in May 2007. Not only is the sales staff professional and knowledgable. But so, is their service dept. I have been dealing with Jacob Kolasinski since day one and have NEVER had any problems or issues. Everytime, I took my car in for service, I didn't have to wait long. JMK is hands down the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. I have been buying cars from them for 10 years now and they continue to outperform. The service team is like family and is always looking out for the best interests of their customer. I recommend them to everyone I come in contact with.
