Chuck Patire is the most professional and knowledgeable client advisor that I have ever dealt with. My wife and I agree that Chuck cared as much about us making the right decision as he did about him making a sale. BTW I have owned about 20 BMW cars.
Mark is a great salesperson he took me step be step through all the cars features and functions. He also arranged delivery of my car in a timely fashion and was an absolute professional. I would highly recommend Mark and the entire teem at JMK for all you car needs.
My experience at JMK was in interesting. This was my first non-Toyota (Camry, Rav-4, 4-Runner) and LUXURY car purchase so I was hesitant at how the treatment and process goes. Great sale person for a great car. He knows all about this vehicles. Went out of his way to get the car ready on time including contacting me on his day off so this transaction was a sucssess. The price was the lowest I could find in the area. Thank you Mark. I will come back for my other kid's car.
The whole experience was very pleasant and fun. Mark did a great job of advising me of all my options with regard to leasing and purchase. His product knowledge is excellant and his follow-up was perfect. This is the second car I've purchased at JMK and it was as good the second time as the first.

I had a quick and easy experience at JMK with Chuck Patire. I was attended to quickly and my needs were addressed promptly. Rather than wait for someone to drive out a car that was parked on another lot, Chuck just drove me out there to see it myself so I wouldn't waste any time. When I came to pick the car up, he sat with me in the car for about a half hour showing me how the NAV system worked and he even hooked up my satellite radio. Excellent sales team. Art is very professional and courteous, he helped me to find car I was looking for while it was in transit on the ship and secured exchange with dealership in New Hampshire. I worked with Chuck Patire since 2004. He handled both my leases and the second lease turned into a purchase. The service of the dealership was excellent and they are very responsive to the requests from the customers. The entire purchase process went smoothly.
