Louis Velasquez was wonderful! He was so friendly and welcoming and informative about what could happen regarding my purchase of a Mini Cooper! I was hoping just to test ride one, but once I drove it, I fell in love and then Louis made it so easy to buy it. It was the smoothest car purchase experience I have ever had. Nick Norman was great... Very honest and straight forward.. He knew the cars on the lot.. And after I described what I was looking for... Took me right to 3 cars... And then gave the run down on all of them... The good and bad... I decided on a vehicle and after sleeping on it over night return the next day with my wife and drove it home that day.... It was my lucky day when I walked in the door of the BMW Store and met Dean Stathes. Dean had more knowledge of the car than any BMW afficianado I know. Everything about the purchase was smooth and easy. Dean is so accommodating that he even answered his phone at home, on a Sunday, to help me with a few questions. I love my X1, it is a dream to drive and has fantastic storage space inside. Everything about purchasing this car was a dream. My wife and I recently purchased a 2013 BMW 328i. John Beam was very helpful with all the questions we had. We feel that John and the Dealership did a very good job from start to finish. I had a Mini Cooper before, but went with another vehicle and had a very bad experience. I missed having a Mini very much, but knew it would be hard to come to a good deal to have a Mini in my garage again. I recently purchased a 2011 BMW 528i. I have been looking for the perfect car for a while. When I went to the dealership I really had not planned on purchasing that day. John beam was super helpful and very knowledgable. He even took the time to remove a dave Matthews sticker from my old windshield and replaced it on my new car. That small act was prob my favorite. I had been looking for a 2015 328I and had been to about six dealerships. I stopped in the BMW store and struck up a conversation with Dean Stathes. Dean was very mild mannered and I respected his low key approach. I told Dean what I was looking for and then gave him a price. After considering my price the two of us agreed to a middle ground and I bought the car immediately. My first encounter with the BMW Store was a great experience. The purchase process was low pressure and honest, the deal very fair, and my pre-owned BMW is in immaculate condition. I will likely be back there to buy my next car.
I'm blown away at the experience I had here at this dealership. I'd been looking for a lower budget vehicle that I could count on to use as a back and forth vehicle. As soon as I told him my criteria, he had something lined up and ready to see immediately. He had the vehicle detailed and me in and out of finance within 90 minutes. He went over all of the features and options with me and didn't leave a questions in my mind that I'd made the right decision. I will definitely return here for my next BMW!
