Chris was exceptional in his knowledge of the BMW 535xi series, his professionalism and accuracy in his information was of the highest caliber! Chris sold me on the 535 series, which was really an upgrade of what I was anticipating purchasing. I would recommend Chris to any friend of mine with the idea of purchasinf either a new or used BMW.

Hands down Joe Holewa and the crew here provided the easiest hassle free car buying experience I have ever encountered. I am on my 3rd BMW from them. Joe has transformed the car buying ordeal that I used to dread into an easy process. No dealer tricks here, everything is honest and upfront. I have referred numerous people to him and after buying their cars, everyone has told me they had a similar experience. For me, it makes the drive from Naperville well worth it!

Although I purchased a used vehicle, the staff made me feel as though I was purchasing a brand new car. Rarely have I been treated as well when I have purchased a new car. I only wish is that the dealership was closer to South Bend, Indiana but it was definitely worth the drive.

I was looking for my first BMW so I went on the internet and found BMW of Schererville. As soon as I walked in, I knew that there was something different about this dealership. Very clean, professional atmosphere was the impression the second that I walked through the door. I recently took my 3 Series in to have some minor issues looked at. It needs to be mentioned that the service department was very busy with year end maintenance customers. I was assured that my car would be looked at promptly and notified of any repairs needed by the following morning. Once my car was checked in, I was given a ride back to my residence (approximately 25 miles away). I have recently discovered BMW of Schererville and am so glad I did. This is my first BMW and I LOVE IT!!! Everyone who works at the dealership understands this and treats me and my car with the utmost respect. Kristy takes care of everything on my car and even keeps it clean for me! I have been going to BMW of Schererville for many years, both for cars and for service. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful, and one particular employee who stands out is Kristy Murphy who works for this dealership's service department. She is very patient in hearing my concerns, and is, I believe, an asset to this dealership. I have recommended BMW of Schererville to many of my friends and will continue to go there in future.
