I had almost no intention of buying a BMW. I only went in to browse as I had pretty much narrowed my choices down to another Lexus or a Mercedes. I was completely blown away by the owner, Mike, and his entire staff!!! The dealership felt young, vibrant, and busy. I have been visiting dealerships for a couple of weeks now and I have been dealing with lazy sales people. NOT HERE!!! I drove my car home with a big smile on my face. I even pushed it to the "warning speed." Only.....twice. Thanks a lot. I am very pleased.

My overall experience was wonderful. The owner was very personable, the finace person, Rachel, was very helpful in getting me a low interest rate and the sales person was awesome. Everyone one there was very professional. I would recommend that anyone looking for a BMW check out this establishment.

My experience was awesome. Extremely professional and very knowledgable and friendly. I am excited to drive my new 740 li and it is an awesome machine! The showroom is fantantastic and the waiting room should I need my car serviced looked amazing with IPad, computers, and other cool toys. It was just the most pleasant experience I had buying a car in the past 30 years!

I was in search of a 2001-2003 BMW E39 with the sports package and was initially looking in MN. After failing to find it here I expanded my search to the rest of the US. I have been a loyal customer of BMW of Schererville, IN since 1998. This purchase was my 5th BMW purchase from this dealership. My salesman has sold me all five cars. His great service and knowledge about the cars and locating the right one just for my wife and I has been excellent. Bruce is the reason I keep coming back. I just leased my second vehicle from this dealership and was extremely impressed with the price, service and professionalism. Justin and his team made my buying process very easy and efficient. I actually live outside of the Chicago area so most of what I did was over the phone up until delivery. At the time of delivery everything was ready to go, well organized and I was given a thorough overview of my new BMW.....there were no surprises just a very pleasant experience.
