This dealership is always able to accomodate my needs and more. I have no problems making an appointment or getting in when it fits my schedule. They always have a car available for me if I need it. If I don't their waiting room is very comfortable and the amenities are specatacular. I feel like I am at home and comfortable not in a cold, damp waititng room like most automotive shops. The staff feels like family everytime I come in.

I worked with Glenn Green on the lease of a 2011 328 XI. Glenn was more than friendly and really listened to my requests. I traveled from the northern burbs of Illinois to come to Schererville BMW. The drive was well worth it given the customer care and aggressive offer Schererville BMW made. Glenn was very professional, courteous, and insightful. Willy was very informative as he instructed me on the use of the navigation system and phone system. I highly recommend Schererville BMW to those near and far.

My experience in purchasing my pre-owned x3 was very good. Tommy worked with what I was looking for in the vehicle and found what I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. It took a couple of days to get the pre-owned vehicle I wanted and I wasn't presured to buy before I was ready. Overall a great experience. My wife took the X3 in for service and had a good experience as the problem was explained and repaired timely. Justin and the sales team worked very hard to find the exact vehicle that we wanted. We couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding service! I scheduled routine maintenance for my 2006 X5, and was surprised with the professionalism and courtesy provided by the customer service staff, specifically Kristy. I will definitely recommend BMW of Schererville to others even though I didn't buy my car there.

I am an attorney and have had to sue many dealersips in my 48 year career. i am very aware of how many dealers operate. This dealership is simply the best! They do everything possible to accomodate your needs. My wife, daughter, law partner, & recommended friends also drive BMWs & are serviced here. All are extremely satisfied because of the attitude & willingness to do whatever is necessary to satisfy the customer.
