We just picked up our 5th BMW from Bruce who hapens to be the best in the business and could conduct a school for automobile salespeople / advisors. He, and the staff at BMW of Schereville make car-buying the pleasurable experience it should be. We look forward to our next purchase from Mr. Guidotti.

My husband and I looked at several models and Chris was very helpful and informative. He sat with us and worked numbers until we found the right fit. The facility was extremely clean and the entire staff was very friendly. I was very pleased with Schererville BMW and would be willing to refer friends/ give them my business again.

The service a this dealership is excellent. Kristy is the best she always courteous and pleasant. If my car or truck is going to be there for a extended length of time she provides me with a loaner. I've been dealing with Kristy for at least 6 year with my vehicles and she or the dealership has never disappointed me. I have bought one vehicle from here also. My salesman was Chris Hardaway. This is not the first time that I have purchased a new BMW from BMW of Schereville. As in the past, the salespersons reach out to you and do everything possible to find you the car of your choice at a price that is affordable and decent. Upon walking into the dearship I was greeted warmly. The person I spoke with on the phone(Nicole) was friendly. She introduced me to my salesman Chris Hardaway who took exceptional care and gave me an excellent deal. I was treated with respect and there was an geninue concern for my price range and what I needed. This was the first time I didn't regret my car purchase. My car is being delivered to me because I didn't have anyone with me to drive my other vehicle home. I love the customer service that BMW provides.

i was really impressed with this dealer. it is what a european car dealership should: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, clean, i could go on. the other thing that impressed me with this dealership is the free use of a loaner car whether your car is there for an hour or a few days. overall id definitely recommend this dealership and working with tommy was great.

I have purchased 5 vehicles from BMW and Bruce, and have always been treated professionally and fairly. My son also leases his car from Bruce. Quality of the product, friendliness of the staff, and service after the sale is 2nd to none. Bruce responds quickly to any questions or calls, and is very easy to work with. Bruce and all the employees were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and went out of their way to get me a good deal! I am very pleased with their service, friendliness and the quality and cleanliness of their cars. They are truly second to none.

The reason I chose this dealership is because of the fact the personnel are very friendly and are willing to help with whatever issue may arise. The fact I can get a loaner car without being charged while mine is being worked on is another added bonus since I only own 1 car.
