We are traveling and detected a clicking sound under the hood. We made an appointment with the service department and Paul Harding was our customer service rep. Paul is very good at his job. He is personable and listens to what he customer's concern are. As this seems to be a no brainer, there are many who hear only what they want. Paul listens and resolved the issue. Great customer service, work around schedule, friendly, they keep you up to date with how the vechicle is doing, great prices on their vehicles and willing to work with you, and they have a great warranty along with their amazing free maintenance. I would recommend BMW of Schererville to anyone who is looking for a new/used car or any maintenance needed to your car.

This dealership has recently been changed from the original, who basically ripped anyone off who entered their doors. When I took my car in for service, they would tell me there was nothing wrong with it. I spent so much time waiting for service that I could find my way around in the dark. They lost the dealership, and a new company has taken the spot. I decided to give BMW of Schererville a try, and it is night and day. We drove to this dealership from Chicago because their on-line selection looked superior to anything else out there. In our case, we were looking for a pre-owned BMW in excellent shape with low miles. We were not disappointed. They had a solid selection. And the customer service was outstanding! Everyone was so nice. The made me feel like I was family. They just seem to be genuinely happy and sincere. It made the buying experience more enjoyable.I know consider Tom like a friend. And Cristy is always so helpful. William is the answer guy. He seems to know all about how to work the New gadgets. Sam is the computer guy. If you want to configure your car computer a certain way, he's the man.

My experience at Bmw of Schererville was above and beyond what I ever imagined. Which had made the hassle of buying a used car absolutely the opposite. The effort and hardwork was evident throughout the dealership, from the showroom floor to the service department. Overall, a very good car buying experience. They made the turn in of my other leased car very convenient. They searched and found the car I wanted, and gave me a service car, until it could be delivered. I had previously experienced their service from their maintenance department, and that helped the purchase decision. Thanks everyone.
