Dealership was profesional and courteous. There was no bs throughout the process from the salesman through the F+I person. This was definately not the closest BMW dealership to me, but I made the trip based on the straight talk approach of the representative.
Chris is the reason why I am a repeat buyer, his friendliness and professionalism are unmatched. As before I left the dealership feeling that I had a great experience purchasing this vehicle. I would highly recommend Schererville BMW and Chris Hardaway. Also the service department is very courteous and helpful.

I brought my car in for BMW recall. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. The scheduled work was performed quickly and car returned washed and looking great! I really enjoyed the ipad available in the service waiting area. Overall a great service experience.
Overall great job done on my car. Kristy was great. She kept me informed at all times. They picked up my car when they said they would and returned sooner than I had expected. Will definately continue to use them for my service needs. I would recommend them to everyone.
By far the best vehicle purchase experience I've had. Everyone was professional, friendly, helpful, and best of all efficient. The process was very smooth from the time I called to inquire about the vehicle through the time we pulled away in our new vehicle. Not only did I have a good experience but my 5 and 7 year old thought it was pretty great too.
