I recently installed a new garage door opener and was having difficulty programming the X5 homelink system. Stopped at Schererville BMW to see if they could help. I was introduced to Bruce who was more than willing to help. While we were discussing the programming procedure he stated it would be easier to show me and volunteered to come with me to my house. Since a change in ownership this dealership has improved in every way (and it was very good before.) The service experience is outstanding; detailed communication before and after the service, flexibility in scheduling, loaner vehicles, a great service waiting area with beverages, flat screen TV, and ipads, and of course a nice car wash to top it off. I purchased my 2008 Lexus IS250 from Joe Holewa on July 5, 2010. I live in Chicago and was very pleased with the dealership and the service. If it was possible I would have rated my experience a 10+. My husband and I bought our first BMW over a year ago and the process couldn't have gone better. Joe listened to what our needs were and went far beyond our expectations. We had the car and the price we were looking for in a matter of days. Never would I have thought I would be in the "ultimate driving machine" but Joe made it possible. We love it more every day and hopefully will be back in the future for yet another!

I can't say enough about this dealership. When I pulled the car in I had already contacted them, but they walked out into the freezing cold to welcome me in. We test drove the vehicle I was looking at. The BMW X5 was more than I expected. I then got the paperwork done with Rachel.
