joe and his staff made the purchase of our new car a most pleasurable experience. He was efficient, quick to respond and attentive to my needs as this was a long distance purchase and most aspects of the deal were done via email or phone conversations. The whole process went extremely smooth and without any unexpected surpises. I will recommend this individual and dealership to family and friends.
The customer service at this dealership is truly top notch and has evolved since its inception. Bruce is very knowledgeable in the products he sells and is able to adapt to the complexities of a sale of a luxury automobile efficiently. He and his sales manager at pickup of our new 550xi answered all of our questions thoroughly and even finding answers quickly to the questions they were not able to answer. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone even considering a BMW.
The service department is very accomodating about appointments and have plenty of loaners avaialble. They are also willing to pick up your car, deliver a loaner and deliver your car after the service work is done. Pricing for non warantee items (like winter wheels and tires, etc) is reasonable.
Just bought an 05 X3 last night. I am soooo in love. I found it on their website through autotrader which led me to the bmw website. Photos were exactly what I saw in person. Nothing misleading. Clean & crisp & well maintained. Felt like a new car & the price was jaw dropping. My service was the best service I've ever had from the time I walked in the door til the time I left. No matter what I may need or how rushed I am, the service and sales dept are outstanding. They can always squeeze you in and take care of anything needed. John Richerme and Christy (sorry, don't remember her last name) are always putting the customers needs 1st. Everyone knows your name and they go out of their way to say hello. In the past, a visit to a car dealership was to be avoided. I actually enjoy going to BMW of Shererville.
The service department at BMW of Schererville is outstanding! Thanks to people like Paul Harding (service advisor)my auto service needs are handled in a professional and courteous manner. They go out of their way to make the customer feel like he's priority-one, when I leave the dealership I know all service issues are resolved, and my vehicle is nice and clean. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is considering the purchase of a BMW !!!
Paul was extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle and gave me great tips on how to maintain my vehicle for the near future as I approach 100.000 miles. He was extremely courteous and very accomodating as my vehicle had a few other thing wrong with it and offered a loaner vehicle knowing it would take longer than expected to repair.
Bring my 2011 m3 for break in 1200 mile service here. I bought the car from here orginally. And the SA Paul was friendly as always and provide me an ipad for me and my friend while we are waiting for the service to complete. They switch the trans oil and change my engine oil did a standard scope perform everything that was suppose to be done. And did a great job on it.I would recommend the Paul for service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know , everyone I talked to treated me with respect and patience and it was the first new car i have purchased on my own in about 25 years so theuy were very helpful to me.
