WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR AIR CONDITIONER AND ASSUMED IT WAS COVERED UNDER OUR EXTENDED WARRENTY. I wanted to lease a car and this was going to be my first car in US. I just moved to Chicago and had been talking to a 4-5 dealers across various various car brands. I just purchased my second car from this dealership and my salesman along with everyone else that worked with me were just fantastic! They make you feel comfortable and keep you informed about everything. They go out of their way to service the customer. The service area is wonderful. They deliver a loaner if needed at the customers convienence, call about the status of the repair and deliver the car back to you when you need it. Justin was great! The best car buying experience I have ever had. There was no time wasted. All the other dealerships were not as responsive or as friendly. He got to the point and we spent 30 minutes on price. Then it took 1 hour to pick the car and take it home. Thanks again
The hours at BMW of Schererville are very convenient. Sometimes I have a problem with our car after work and it is nice they have evening hours. Also, everyone at the dealership is very helpful and friendly. I work recommend BMW Schererville to all of my friends and family.
Everything easy and convenient to schedule. All personnel were highly friendly with visable customer service skills. Service advisor and mechanic were both knowledgeable, communicative with demonstrated levels of high initiative in their suggestions and recommendations. I was extremely pleased, as well as impressed.

Joe Holewa was great. He was very reasonable and gave me a great deal. He was friendly, professional and overall didn't make me feel pressured. I am definitely going back to purchase my next car from Joe. The whole showroom and show people were great too. All very friendly.
I have owned or leased a BMW since 1982. Working with Bruce on the lease of my new BMW was great. He didn't waste my time and worked with me to get a great deal. When the car was ready, the paperwork was ready and I did not have to spend hours waiting in the dealership. I will go back for service and for my next BMW. I have already been recommending Bruce to my friends, something I do not do often.
