My first time coming to BMW of Schererville I had a wonderful experiece. This is my first BMW car and they treated me very well. You receive complimentary coffee water and a light snack while you wait. Everyone is very courteous and helpful. They make sure you get what needs to be done. Hands down the best customer service I've ever received in a dealership setting. I was always greeted with a smile, and a "welcome Kristine", "good to see you" and then "thank you" for coming in upon departure. I was always kept up to speed on the progress of the car and all repairs were completed in a timely manner.

i have been buying bmw's for 26 years and i find. Kristy Murphy & Bruce Guidotti to be wonderful people to do business with. the level of customer service is inpeccable. The greeting and warm since of family just driving in for a oil change.

Good group, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If you're in the market for a BMW, I'd recommend this dealer. My purchase was one that I researched extensively so it wasn't a one time in and out purchase so the patience displayed by this group was good to see. Too often today, dealerships are given a bad rep of pushing people into cars and I never felt that at any point with this group

I have bought 2 BMW's in the last 11 months at this dealership from the same courteous, knowledgeable, experienced and top-notch professional salesman...Bruce Guidotti. This is my 6th BMW and my 3rd dealership...they are by far the best of the 3 dealers...My wife and I drove 3 hours each way to purchase from them. We noticed them as we drove home from Chicago in May of 2009. Stopped in to see about replacing our Z-3 with 110,000 miles on it. Kristy and Bruce (and all the folks at BMW of Schererville) are always very friendly and helpful when I come in for service (maintenance)or to purchase a new BMW (currently own 2, Bruce has sold my husband and I a total of 4 BMWs so far). The service area is always nice and clean and the show room always has interesting vehicles to ogle.

Bruce was very helpful in showing me the type of cars that I had in mind. He was not "pushy" about showing me cars that I didn''t want. William was so detailed in showing me the features of the car that I bought, he even answered a personal call "after hours" to walk me through how to do something that I forgot to do. Rachel was very marvelous with the paperwork and very good at explaining the financing. Very great place to buy a BMW

I have been BMW owner for 15 years and have bought 3 of my 4 from Levin BMW but will come to Scherville for my next one, you ask me why because it starts with customer service and the service department is heads above the other BMW establishments(Perillo, Patrick amd Orland Park) with customer service employees(Kristie Murphy)such as one of the best I have dealt with and should be noted that she gives you 100% attention to your issues. I have never experience a problem with this dealership under this management or the other, when it was know as Levin BMW. Great work everyone from sales, to service and cashiers. Thanks for making my day smooth. When it is time for a actual purchase I hope Chris is still around.
