I had the pleasure of buying a new BMW X5 from BMW in Schereville, Indiana. I had never purchased a BMW before and was used to the car buying experience where the sales guy runs back and forth to the back room to "talk" to his manager and basically they wear you down until you sign a contract and you are left wondering if you got the best deal or if you just gor taken. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: We have had the best care for our X5 with BMW of Schereville,IN. The service department has been very easy to work with on any issues we have had. We currently own our third X5, and wouldn't think of taking it anywhere else for service, or any other problem. Kristy Murphy, our personal service associate, makes it her business to have our car picked up from our condo garage, she arranges to leave a loaner, and then has our car delivered upon it's completion of service. I've purchased 2 cars from this dealership and have received outstanding service everytime I bring my car in whether it be for service or a wash. I highly recommend BMW of Schererville for their superior customer service and friendliness. It's nice to walk into a place and they actually KNOW you by name. I would defintely recommend BMW of Schererville, specifically Kristy Murph. With her I don't have to think twice about my car at all. I have referred many friends to her and they are completely satisfied too. I know I can count on her to be fair. Kristy always makes sure my car is well maintained. She even calls me to tell me when the car is due for service! I never go to anyone but her because she is always such a pleasure to work with. Kristy really went above the call of duty for me. She helped me get some old invoices that I needed to prove I had purchased tires. When she pulled up the receipts I noticed there was some outstanding service covered under warranty that wasn't finished. My car since that original service call was no longer under warranty so she pleaded my case to the manager and they re-ordered the parts and took care of the service as if the car was covered under warranty.

I am getting ready to drive to the Gulf coast. Thought it a good idea to stop at BMW of Schererville to have the fluids levels checked in my BMW. When Joe went to check the fluid levels he informed me and Kristy the BMW was due for recommended service. Kristy asked if I had time for service right now . . ., what a DEALERSHIP no appointment service while I waited. BMW of Schererville is one great place.

All of the employees at BMW of Schererville are extremely professional, friendly and attentive. The service advisor, Paul Harding Jr., thorougly explained what the technicians were going to do and consulted with me before servicing the car. He also explained what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future. He was a pleasure to work with. Whenever I need service, I've been fortunate enough to work with Kristy. She makes the experience very smooth and convenient. It's always a pleasure to work with her and the dealership. While we have to travel a ways to visit this dealership, it's always worth the trip b/c we get to interact with people like Kristy!
