From the time I made the call explaining my situation to the end of the service. Paul was in constant contact. Explaining what was going on with my car, to the charge for each item. He was thorough and went to any length to get the job done properly and on schedule as promised. Thanks to the tech as well, the work couldn't gotten without you. After visiting 4 different dealers I met Bruce and was immediately impressed with his patience (I was ordering a car that did not go into production for 9 months). He understood that a large part of the BMW experience is the fact that the car is a drivers car and the owner should be excited about the pleasure that driving a BWM gives to it's owner. Kristy is one of the most friendly people I've ever met. She is thorough and speedy, and goes to any length to get the job done properly. I had taken my car in to another dealer, as I was living out of town at the time, and they didn't (or couldn't) diagnose my car properly. I drove the car back to NW Indiana to take it to Schereville BMW and they diagnosed it and fixed it immediately. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received over the years.

I was searching the internet for a new car since my mercedes benz is ready for a trade in. I found a 2009 BMW 328i for the right price. I called and talk to Nicole about that particular car and I told her that the only time I will travel to Indiana is if the deal is gonna go through, sure enough, I got a call from them and said: "come on down". I found the level of customer service far superior to other dealerships and am very happy with my car. The location is great for me as it is on my way to my office and close to my home. The web site was easy to get around on and the prompt response to my questions was great. I would definetly recommend this dealership, actually I have recommended this dealership to family and friends, which many have purchased and maintain their BMW'S with. I personally have been a customer for over 15 years and have always been treated more like a friend than a person who happened to purchase a car and have it serviced with them. I've always gotten great service from Levin BMW and I believe BMW of Schererville will continue and possibly improve on.

We took our 2006 BMW in for routine servicing. As usual, Kristin Murphy was there with a smile to greet us. She always explains everything fully, and we feel that she really takes wonderful care of us, and our car. Our service appointments are always great: we are welcomed warmly; our concerns are addressed; the environment is clean and professional; and, our vehicle is promptly and properly serviced. My husband and I traveled down from Chicago to buy a new BMW 3-series. We experienced great service and some very approachable, friendly help. Our representative was Bruce Guidotti and he couldn't have been more helpful and honest. At first, we were worried they had no cars we were interested in, but he soon found one, and all the negotiating and paperwork was a breeze! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new BMW.

THE ULTIMATE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!!! Everyone was great at the dealership.We did not feel rushed at all even though it was closing time for the dealership. The delivery advisor did a wonderful job highlighting the features and made it worthwhile staying the extra time.
