Great place to do business. We live 2 miles away from another BMW dealer but these guys are well worth the drive. From the minute I walked in the door they were extremely hospitable and the dealership shows very well. My initial visit was such a good one I went back the following week and bought my wife a car as well.
This is my second BMW. The first I bought when it was Levin. I bought another BMW but at a different dealership. The only reason buying this one is that it is a 2006 Z4M and it had 60 miles on it. I have brought it to Kristy for service and she has been great. They still treat me like I bought it there. Service is a big factor to me and she seems to take care of everything that needs to be done. I will highly recommend this dealership to the people that I know that are looking for a new car.
I bought a 2005 530i from this dealership (at that time Levin) in 2005, and received a good price. I now have 116000 miles on the car and I have used this dealership for all, but one, of the required services, which I maintained on schedule. Though I live closer to 2 other BMW facilities than this one, I will always use them for future services - they are customer-friendly and make you feel welcome.
I showed up at this dealership without an appointment because I had a service vehicle light on. I was greeted by Kristy Murphy in the service department, who greeted me and asked how she could assist me. BMW of Schererville Indiana provided the best car-buying experience my husband and I ever had compared to other dealerships. As soon as me and my husband Kyler walked into the dealer and met Justin, he blew us a way with is out standing customer service. He is a very fast pace and outstanding person to work with. When walking into this dealership I was met with smiles and friendly greetings and did not feel as if I was being attacked by sales people as I have felt at other dealerships. They waited for me to ask questions and were extremely helpful and friendly without ever making me feel pressured. Had a tire damaged on the Hi-way. Called BMW help line. E&R towing took the car to BMW of Schererville, were Kristy filled in all the details on getting a replacement tire. There has been a big positive change at this BMW store, since Michael Gillespie took over. I find humor and a lot of truth in my next statement. I needed to use the men's room.
