My wife and I visited the dealership to look for a pre-owned car. While we were looking Bruce approched us and helped us look. He answered all of of our questions witout any pressure. Since I have purchased my vehicle at BMW of Schererville I have had great service. There was a time where I had a flat tire and I didn't think I could get it fixed right away due to the type of tire but when I called and spoke to Kristy Murphy she explained that they already had the tire in stock and I was able to get it fixed right away. Also if I ever have any questions about my vehicle I always know I can call Kristy and get the answer right away. She seems to really know her stuff!
Kristy Murphy, Berto Soria and Aaron are shinning examples of excellent customer service. They always attend to my needs and address me by name, which I really appreciate. The rest of the staff follows in their "customer service footsteps." This is definitley a dealership that I would recommend and have recommended to others!
After 40 plus years working at and with Car Dealers,I was a fleet manger, I only drove used cars purchased from private parties. The staff at BMW of Schererville is very knowledgeable and friendly. Kristy is extremely helpful and a very hard worker. She is extremely conscientious and wants to ensure that a customer's concerns are addressed. I would definitely return for additional service.
