I'm from out of state (Michigan), but commonly come to the Chicagoland area for business. On my way to the area, my car was acting unusual. I called up the dealership and spoke with Kristy. I explained how I had a very important meeting the next day so it was imperative I have my car. She got me in right away and even had my car detailed! If that wasn't enough, she later called me to make sure everything was still ok. If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is!
As a college student, I have very little extra money to spend on my car. Yes it is older and needs lot of TLC. Kristy helps me prioritize my needs, works out a plan to follow, and gets things done as I can. She is always patient with all my questions and treats me as a special customer. I feel she appreciates my business. I tell all my friends about her and the great service at BMW of Schererville. When I can buy a newer car, it will be here. I also like the new waiting area where I can do work on my laptop.
When I drive into Levin BMW for service I can expect a superb customer experience. I have never been disappointed. The personnel are invariably friendly, professional, and efficient. Frequently, their level of service goes beyond the expectation for why the vehicle was brought in. The personnel in the sales area are also very friendly and professional. The facility is very clean and well-kept. The waiting area is comfortable with nice amenities. I would highly recommend the dealer to any potential BMW buyer.
Arron from service department has always been great to work with, he really knows how to his cars also he knows how to explain exactly whats wrong with my car in a way I can understand it. I have a view bmws and I always deal with arron by far the best service writer schererville bmw has.

Satisfied Customer, My new car door was dinged after only 2 weeks of purchasing it. I went in to talk to the Service Department about getting it touched up and Kristy Murphy was so helpful and knowledgeable, she had the repairs done for me on the spot at no cost. I've now owned my car for about 6 months and she has called multiple times to insure everything is satisfactory and to check on any service needs. This is one of my best experience ever with BMW dealership. I did not buy my car here but Paul and Mark took care of my problem anyway with no excues what so ever. My 335i coupe's HPFP (high pressure fuel pump) is dying. Paul did a quick check and found out the problem in like 5 min. He is one of the most experience tech I have ever encountered with. Easy to setup appointment on the website,they had a loaner car ready for my wife who brought our BMW in for the service and was treated very respectfully. Ready ontime, all repairs completed with no surprises and "wow" did they clean the car like new when she picked it up.
Ever since I bought my first BMW from this dealer ship the service has been great. I bought a new car from a different dealer ship and they treat me like I bought the car there. I can't say enough about Kristy. Of all the cars I have owned this is the best service I have received.
