This is a great dealership, and I loved working with Joe to buy my car. He was very helpful and understanding and I felt like he really wanted to help me find a car that would make ME happy -- not that he was trying just to meet a quota or to "push" a particular model. His approach is unusual and refreshing -- he seemed to care more about the customer than anything else! I'd definitely go there again, and will recommend Joe and the dealership to friends as well.

BMW of Schererville picked up my car for service and left a brand new 2010 car for my family to use while my car was being serviced. The effort on their part was great because I didn't have to bring my 10 month old in and out of the car seat/ transfer cars or wait at the dealership for new brakes. I went to the service department at 7:00 am. I was promptly greeted by Kristy. She was friendly and professional. She was exceptionally knowledgeable of the repairs that were needed. My car was fixed when she said it would be, returned cleaner then when it was dropped off and the bill was what I was quoted. I would highly recommend this dealership and Kristy to my friends and coworkers.

Went in for some check engine lights and BMW found some very important issues that needed addressed as well. Very happy that BMW assisted in my safety.Christie was a big help and am very impressed with the customer service

Service received was very professional. The employees were not only friendly but were completely knowledgable of both product and service for the vehicle. 5 Star Customer Service! A group of engineers from our office in Ann Arbor, Michigan were taking a day trip to visit a supplier in Chicago on March 1, 2010 when the driver's side window in one our company vehicles became stuck in the down position. While March this year pretty much came in like a lamb, the down position is not a good place for the window to be stuck in that far from home. Jimmie Page has been my car salesman for quite sometime over the years. His personal standards for quality customer care goes well beyond the norm. It is quite a sin that my transactions of auto’s with Jimmie is handled far greater than most dealerships that I have dealt with in person. He cares about the cars he sells and his customers. I had narrowed my car search to a Lexus ES350 or a Cadillac SRX. When it came to trying to finalize a deal at both places; the Lexus and Cadillac dealers began playing the 'typical car buying games.' It's been over three years since I've had a need for a car. I usually hate the entire experience. The staff over at BMW of Schererville made the entire car buying experience very enjoyable. So much so that I went back the following week and purchased a vehicle for my wife as well. I highly recommend them and will certainly do business with them again in the future.
