The entire BMW of Schererville Team contributed to making my new car purchase very enjoyable. Ordinarily, buying a car is slightly more pleasurable than a tooth extraction. But, this transaction was a dream. The exceptional level of service did not end when I exited the showroom. As it happened, I needed some follow-up help to address some insurance and registration issues. The team was incredibly quick to help. I really could not ask more from a dealership.
Our buying experience with Chris at Schererville BMW was outstanding. He took the time to detail all the features of the 528iX and was very patient and informative in dealing with our questions. We just completed a trip to the Gulf Shores area of Alabama and the car was quite unique. We were pleasantly surprised by the mileage of between 28 and 29.7 mpg on a new car at speeds ranging from 55 to 75 mph on the highway.
