Everytime I'm due for service, I know all I have to do is call Kristy. She gets me in all the time around my crazy schedule, takes care of all my needs. I know I never have to worry about my car. She always has it ready and super clean on time as promised. This type of service is hard to come by these days. I'll stay a loyal customer as long as Kristy is around.
I love my older model BMW, Kristie has helped me keep her road worthy. When it comes to service I can count on Kristie to explain my cars needs, to give me detailed pricing and repairs are always completed prompltly. I've never had a BMW before and Kristy made my first experience completely comfortable and exciting. I was unsure about the pricing, but Kristy helped me understand the payment options and feel comfortable with my choice. She was friendly, professional, and honest. I am now enjoying my brand new 3 series and am not dreading having to come back for assistance in the future.
Kristy always has a smile and always can schedule my required service work or solve the issue herself. On my most recent visit she solved the issue. I could not get my passenger side rear view mirror to tilt and she showed me the button that controls it. She didn't riducule my stupidity, but rather said there was no marking on the buton so how should anyone know this ocntrolled the mirror tilt. Kristy is a wonderful asset to this dealership.
I had the opportunity to work with Jimmie Page when buying my first new car. The car I had wanted to purchase had not even come out yet, but Jimmie was able to track down a shipment of cars and find the exact combination of options that I had wanted. This particular car was not even able to be ordered from the factory, but Jimmie was still able to get my exactly what I want.
