LONG Wait time to check in for appt I purchased an X1 in August and bought the option of Low-Jack. I left the car with this dealership for 5 days before I retrieved it. The Low-Jack installer never showed up to install it. The next time I could try for the installation I made an online appt for a Monday. Took the car in, waited in the service line forever and finally got helped to only find out that I had to see the cashier to have her call Low-Jack to make an appt which I did for Thursday at 12:30 pm. Service for BMW 335i 2008 I brought in the car for service yesterday 1/116/2008 . I bought the car here and have been getting the service done for last 10 years. I had a horrible experience this time. The service adviser was not at all helpful. No proper options provided. No loaner car provided even thought it was reserved at the time of reservation. I will look for some other place for service.

Stevens Creek BMW I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time to have a service advisor to take the car. The shuttle service was collapsed. When the car was ready no body sent me a text message, no body called me. They sent an e-mail. The car is under warranty, the dealer did not fix a problem with the driver seat.

Bad experience ever with BMW Actually, I am pretty disappointed with the service I received from this place. I dropped my car in the morning at 10:45 and requested regular service and car cleaning. They promised and said they would complete everything around 4 PM. However, about 4:20 PM, they called me and said: "we could not complete your request today, please come tomorrow at 2 PM". Service department is a mess I brought my car here to fix a pulling after another shop messed up the alignment. They said the alignment was off and that now the car drives like a breeze. I picked up the car and saw no difference and the car was severely pulling. Tried to reach the managers by email and phone but no luck. Went there and found service director David M. Service is a mixed bag. They lost my car & paperwork, my Service Advisor was very disorganized and uncommunicative. In both of the two visits, they never called to follow up to tell me the status of the situation, even after complaints. I struggled to get answers until I went to the dealership in person each time. Prices are excessive, but it's a dealership and that's to be expected. However, for these dealership service prices, I'll definitely choose another dealer to service my BMW next time. Fog lamp issue Very satisfied with the buying experience not so much with the service department. When we took our car home we realized the passenger side fog lamp was out, scheduled an appointment for to have it checked out and replaced if needed. Appointment was at 11am, checked in at 10am, 12:30 pm still nothing asked for update was told the technician did not find anything wrong fog lamp was working off and on but since "warning" light was on nothing more could be done but they would recheck one more time verify. 1:35pm ... read more

Not the best service The buying process was excellent but when i purchased my pre-owned vehicle the dealer was supposed to fix a few things on it. It did but they didn't do a good job nor all they were supposed to do.
