Problem not resolved, call backs not consistent. Unfortunately, the check engine light came back on 3 days after the repair. Once the check engine light came back on, I texted my assigned contact, no response to this date. Also called service directly and was directed to leave a message for the first 2 calls but did not get a call back 4 hours later. I called a third time and finally was able to speak to someone.

Stevens Creek BMW Minimum of an hour wait to drop off your car for service with an appointment. Process to pick up your car is just as long. Our experience was very poor both times we dropped off NEW car for routine maintenance. Customer Service is awful. They are all over you when buying the car and ignore you when you need to drop it off for service.

Service Dept My service advisor was great. My overall experience was not. First I had to call 4 times to schedule an appt before someone answered during normal business hours. Then I was told they no longer offer loaner vehicles for service. It took over an hour to drop off my vehicle, and the service was not completed until 24 hours after promised. My experience at Stevens Creek BMW Horrible experience! It took me almost an hour to get my car after I paid the bill. One lady told me that my car was 3rd one out. After about 10 cars, of which none of them was mine I asked my service advisor about my car and he gave me an attitude. Horrible customer service I purchased a 2015 4 series coupe and have had nothing but trouble with it. It was a CPO. I have taken the car to another dealer since I purchased the car 600 miles from home THREE TIMES for issues that should have found during the CPO Inspection. The CPO Manager at SC BMW was extremely rude and condensending. I will never use or recommend this dealer!!!

BMW Review I bought the car 9 months ago used. When I took into the dealership I asked them to look into the breaks that continue to squeak. Unfortunately they were not able to fix the squeak because they stated that they did not hear anything but yet they continue to squeak when I drive from time to time. Not sure why this was not taken care of?

Disappointed I brought my E92, M3 in to have it?s air bags replaced due to the recall. That work was performed; however, when I picked up my M3 the front license plate was bent like a pretzel. So, what the hell, did your guys, go for a joy ride too? They did not try to fix the license plate, but rather said, make another appointment and we ?ll fix it. If it weren?t for the bent license plate I would have rated my experience at least a four star. Two stars is all they get today.

Terrible service. Buying my BMW was a pretty smooth and pleasant experience. However, my experience with repairing for a second issue, two months into buying it, was absolutely atrocious. I made an appointment for Wednesday 11 am, last week, and brought it in at that time. It initially seemed like they were treating me like a walk in and never asked about an appointment. Worst Service Experience This dealership consistently provides the worst service experience that I have ever experienced. I have owned a Porsche, Mercedes and Lotus and all of them have had better and personalized service. No one answers the phone, no one checks for the email. I wonder why they even bother to offer these options. Also when you have a scheduled appointment and show up to drop off your car they do not have enough advisers and you have to wait over 45 minutes.
