We have enjoyed BMW's in the past and I have to say that this experience was superior to those. Ahmad was extremely considerate and thorough in his explanation of things and the way that the various items operated in the car. He did not rush me or make me feel like he needed to hurry off to his next client. Ahmad also gave me the confidence to feel that I can reach out to him if I have any concerns regarding the car. Our recent purchase of a used BMW was a most pleasant surprise.We had three Mercedes and a Mini Cooper. Another car was not our plan! The beautiful array of sparkling BMW's was more than we could resist. We walked to a beautiful black convertible and were amazed by the low mileage. I dealt with Mike in deciding what I was going to do with my car which was coming off of lease. Mike was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice to the costs and benefits of my various options. In the end I decided to purchase the car, and Mike arranged to have the whole process completed, including bank financing and washing my car, in less than 45 minutes. Mike was a great Guy to work with.

Not many option to buy used car for myself, but easy understanding to decide my needs. Daron was professionally took care of my purchasing and it was great experience for purchasing a BMW. I was visiting two BMW dealerships, and decided to purchase at Germain BMW finally. I visited couple times for other thing and that service center was also nice and feel comfortable when Victor explained me about my car.

I have never been to a BMS dealership that had the selection as Germain BMW of Naples. They have over 100 BMW's to choose from and that in itself is extraordinary. Starting withe the sales assistant, Tracy Constantini, I was impressed with the care and professionalism of all who I came in contact with. It's unusual to see a sales advisor in a tie, but it's extraordinary to see all of the advisors and mgrs. wearing coat and tie. Wow, What a great vehicle with many technical options available. I ordered the driver assistance plus package along with other options. I enjoy the automatic slow down on the highway speed control when another vehicle ahead of you gets closer to you. Having the blind spot alerts when changing lanes is another great feature. Once again, Jim McGinn and Germain BMW exceeded my expectation with excellent sales support and new vehicle delivery. As was the case with my purchase of a new 335i in 2013, Jim again provided excellent consultative advice as he guided me through the various options and choices in placing an order for a new 2014 5.0 X5.
