I had the pleasure of purchasing two BMW's from Kevin Browne at the Germain dealership. Kevin is an exceptional sales person who not only has been extremely helpful, but very much is interested in the customer's interest. As an example, I had great difficulty in dealing with Ken Burkart in settling my account with my first BMW was totally lost due to fire damage. He was unresponsive until Kevin intervened. I did not purchase a BMW but seriously considered it because of Chris. He was so thorough, professional, considerate, and friendly (not overly)that I just wanted to buy from him. Unfortunately, Mercedes/Benz of Naples gave me a price I could not ignore. I showed the quote to Chris who did everything he could to meet the price with his sales manager and general manager but just couldn't even get close so I bought the Benz. I had a great buying experience at Germain BMW. Larry Brewer could not have been more professional. We were able to get the deal to numbers that were fair for both party's. A couple of things came up after the purchase and Germain BMW step up and took care of them immediately.

From the beginning when making an inquiry by phone, the people were fantastic. When I arrived to test drive the car I was interested in, I met Daron Lynn. He was very professional and extremely helpful. After deciding to purchase the car, I then met Francesca to complete the paperwork. The entire staff from the receptionist, the sales group, and the parts department treated me very honestly and fairly thru out the purchase experience.
