Just leased my third BMW from Jim McGinn and Germain BMW.From the first day I entered the Germain showroom in February of 2009, through getting a car wash yesterday, the Germain family of employees makes me feel like a welcomed and cared for guest.BMW is a product that I want to drive, but for me it is the relationships with the Germain employees that keep me coming back. Mr. Ahmad Suid was exceptional in helping us find our perfect X3 xDrive35 with M-Sport- and various other packages within 24 hours. He was professional, competent, and very personable, and made the purchase an unusually pleasant experience! Mrs. Fran Zupanic did a fantastic job explaining the available --and reasonable!-- warranties and insurances; she made the financial part a breeze and was also a pleasure to work with. Our vehicle is "perfect", we could not be happier!
