Rick was awesome, listened to everything I said I wanted and delivered! He's excpetional! I was originally interested in the 2 series but he showed me the difference in the 2 and 3 and I was sold on the 3 series!

I just tacquired another new BMW 535i from Germain. Jim McGinn did a great job. Having over BMWs for more than 40 years in Illinois, Connecticut, Virginia, United Kingdom, Netherlands and Germany, I can assure you this is the best BMW deatership that I have ever known. Having a great sale's process in one thing. Being able to service the car and maintain it in excellent shape is another. We found the Certified Pre-Owned X5 model year and color combo that we were looking for within just a few minutes on the internet. We called Germain and were traveling down 2 1/2 hrs to test drive 2 days later. The car was as good as it looked online and then some. With only 25K miles, we feel like it is brand new. I have not previously owned a BMW and my sales advisor Greg Bell was very patient and professional as he spent a lot of time explaining to me the different models and their options. I have not purchased a new car in some time and was pleasantly surprised by his courteous and prompt follow up and the absence of any pressure to buy. Germain BMW and Jim McGinn exceeded any possible expectation i had set for myself to experience.
