My husband and I have been customers of Germaine BMW for 15 years and have never been disappointed in either their superb sales or service staff. Last week, I called Germain BMW for a quote on a 2014 X3. Greg Bell returned my call immediately and within a 30 minute period I was given the a quote. I was given directions from Miami to Naples where Greg Bell greeted me at the door. Everyone was friendly and professional from the moment I walked into the dealership. Greg explained the entire process, completed the paperwork quickly, and assisted me with transferring the car insurance. I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service I received at Germain BMW. Peter Martin was very knowledgeable, personable and pleasant. We had a little misunderstanding in the beginning on pricing but it was satisfactorily resovled. In general was one of my better car buying experiences as they efficiently and fairly quickly moved through the process. I have some dings on my credit record but they were able to over come that and the finance manager was also a pleasure to work with.
