I had a very pleasant experiecence at Germain BMW. David Citron was the sales person who sold us our car, and I give him high marks for making my wife and I feel very comfortable in an event that can be stressful. David was upfront and pleasant throughout, and we never felt pressured. I will and have recommended Germain BMW to friends based on my experience

Kendra was my first contact at the dealership. Worked with me regarding my potential purchase. We bought the car unseen via Internet. We met Rick halfway in Orlando. Rick did a super job and everything was completed within one hour. Very pleased with all. I included the people involved, Left off the manger because I forgot his name. Your site does not allow for the names of the people in the used car dept. The name chosen is so that I can submit.

We just purchased our first pre-owned car. We were not sure what to expect, but Peter Martin and Germain made the process very easy and pleasant. We actually looked over a several month period, and Peter was low key and patient throughout. When we finally found the right car the purchase process was simple and quick. Matt had tremendous knowledge of BMW products. He stayed over time to get the best deal done possible. He continues to be the highlight of Germain BMW by going out of his way to fine tune the small details of my vehicle. I just leased my second BMW x3 from Germain with sales person Peter Martin and again, I could not be happier with the entire process. It was quick, smooth and easy. Peter found what I was looking for, took care of everything and I was in and out with my new X3 in about 30 minutes. Customer Service is clearly the most important item for this dealership. Ahmad was a gentleman and had expert knowledge of the products. There was no hard sell and they work to your budget without pushing you to spend more. Buying a car is not a quick process but they make you feel at home and supply you with food and drinks. A detailed walkthrough on handover really helps get the most out of the car from the second you start the engine.
