I Stopped by Germain BMW today to possibly buy all season floor mats, and a cargo liner for my 740i. The girl working at the boutique was quite pleasant, however she was having a difficult time navigating her computer to find the part numbers. She asked me to please have a seat while she went out back to get help from someone. The staff at Germaine was the freindliest most helplfull sales team I have ever encountered. After getting "the run around" from my local bmw dealers I decided to take the 2-1/2 hour trip to Naples. The service I received from Alex and Gary was well worth the drive and I could not be happier with the vechicle I purchased. I will definatly see them again for any future BMW purchases.

From the first time I brought my car to Victor for service, continuing through yesterday, I have been extremely pleased.
