Delightful experience at Germain BWM and especially with Jim McGinn. Jim took care of every detail for me and made the transition to a new vehicle fun. Victor took great care of me. He had my BMW repaired very quickly and was great to deal with. He provided far better service than the dealership where I bought the car.

A very impressive dealership. I actually enjoyed the experience of buying a car, which was a first for me. Ahmad Suid was not only professional, but made every effort to accommodate me including delivering the car to Miami on a Sunday morning...he is truly good guy!

Extremely happy with my order. Matt B. was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to parts/accessories and the online ordering process . Everything was correct and neatly packaged. Each indiviudal part was wrapped to protect damage and shipping was very quick! I was able to track my order status and the UPS truck it was delivered by. I was down in Florida on vacation and wanted a quick oil change so I called Germain BMW. Scheduled me an appointment and got me in that same day. People at the dealership were friendly, professional, and the price was very reasonable. They even hand washed my car. Recommended.
