Brought my 2011 M3 in for some issues that another dealer couldn't solve. They found the problem, fixed it and fixed another two unrelated issues that the other dealer missed. Top notch service. If you need to buy a car, see Greg Bell - no pressure, but still remains on top of your needs.

I purchased BMW'X1 last December, and love the car. Nothing drives like a Beamer, in my experience. Have always dreaded having a car serviced, but, despite the 40 minute drive to the dealership, I had a great experience. From the initial call telling me my car was due for service, to the timely and honest assessment of when the work would be completed, all was very professional. Yesterday my BMW had to be towed to Germain BMW because it overheated. I took a cab to work. Rhoel called several times during the day to keep me posted on what work had to be done on my car. They got the car fixed the same day, and Rhoel drove to where I work and took me to the shop so I could get my car. Rhoel is an outstanding asset to Germain BMW, he really goes out of his way to help customers.

On 9/5, my back window would not roll up due to the electric window regulator I called BMW and left a message for Mr. Gray. It was after 5:30pm on a Friday. He called me back immediately and let me bring my car in that night so like my window could be fixed first thing Saturday morning and so that my car could be secure because I wasn't able to put it in my garage.
