My wife and I were checking with other companies and dealerships to help us with a major sunroof problem!! Donald Huttlin In service took the time to explain how things operate, options for repair and reasons why for each option. I bought a 2015 M6 Gran Coupe from Germain BMW in January, 2015. My sales person was Amy Biggs and my service guy for add on parts was Rian Locadia. They were both outstanding! And the dealership is great as well. I received several follow calls weeks after my purchase too. They're "after the sale" service is the best. Matt Bakula is absolutely the best in the business at what he does! He is the single most knowledgeable person with regards to BMW parts that I have ever come across and I have been buying BMW and hard to find OEM parts since the 90's. The only thing greater than his knowledge of BMW Vehicles and Parts is his exceptional customer service.
