My mom visited from NJ to look at the car and Brandon offered to pick her up at Union Station. He is personable and genuine man. We test drove two vehicles and decided on the newer one. Did not experience any typical car dealer games other than the salesperson conferring with the Manager over price. Merlin was a friendly BMW Genuis who spent time with me answering all my questions about the car. Clearly enjoys her job and has extensive experience.
I have had perfectly choreographed transactions and ones with bumps in the road. The sign of a true "Pro" is their ability orchestrate a team to achieve the desired results. I recently purchased a 3 series BMW from BMW of Rockville. I worked extensively with Roxanne Roch for about 6 months while I considered whether to purchase the vehicle currently on lease to to purchase a new vehicle. Roxanne was patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles, options, financing etc. and never pressured me. I would recommend and her and the dealership to anyone and will come back in 3 years when my lease is up.
