There are three BMW dealers closer to me, and I happily drive past them all to head to BMW of Rockville. Roxanne Roch-Rigo is a super-star. She answered every question I had, took care of all of the financials super-fast (all over email, in fact!), and even accommodated a last-minute request to see the car I wanted in a different color (but still with the same options). It was unreasonable, but when I pulled up, she had both cars side by side. I've never had a better new car experience.
