Brandon was extremely easy to work with, very professional, and very helpful through the sales process and helping me with questions about car features and answering questions over the phone after the sale. He helped me with registering on the BMW website so that I could track the production of my new M4, and also sent me updates with more detailed information on the progress. Just got an 228i from BRANDON KIM at BMW Rockville. He gave very helpful advice and hassle free experience. He suggested things I really needed and helped me go through the credit application(it is hard for an international student). Michelle Steffes coordinated with me very promptly prior to delivery. Not the same BMW dealership of the past - new people that are happy with what they do.
