BMW of Rockville is WONDERFUl. Had a very pleasant experience with them. All employees are so helpful and knowledgeable Roxanne Roch-Rigo is FABULOUS. She was extremely patient with me. She made the process so easy and I would recommend her to anyone interesting in purchasing a BMW. She really went above and beyond to help me with the purchasing process. My father and I had the pleasure of choosing BMW of Rockville to trade in his leased BMW as his lease was coming to an end and finding a new lease. BMW of Rockville has a service which is offered after you purchase a car, called "Product Genius," in which you return to the dealership and have a knowledgeable person who will explain and teach you how to use all of the features of your car. Given the complexity of cars today, with all of their computers and electronics, this is very much needed an appreciated. She was patient, attentive, responsive and knowledgable. She pushed just the right amount to get us to the right result. We might not have purchased a vehicle at all if not for her kindness and attitude. A fine performance.
I had a great buying experience working with Brandon Kim at Rockville BMW. He was very knowledgeable and patient, as I looked at cars over several months. He was able to help me decide between the many BMW series and lines and explained the optional features in a clear manner. Buying a car from Karen Cruz and Nicholas Popovici was a pleasant experience (how often do you hear that???), as they were informative and very helpful; they minimized the trials & tribulations that so often occur when buying a car. My car was so new that the Anti-wheel & tire warranty had not been received by the warranty company yet, but when I had a tire that had a nail in the "run flat" tire, JC (Juan Carlos Rodriguez) realized it would be several hours to obtain the authorization for replacement, so he arranged for a loaner car & I was on my way within to work within minutes.
