I bought a new 435 after a lot of deliberation and help from Roxanne. I was all over the map and she was very helpful. Kenny in Finance was very helpful and personable. I love the low pressure way that the whole transaction went.
I called ahead about test driving a 2015 M4. When I arrived he already had the car pulled upfront with tags ready. He was very knowledgeable during the drive of the car's capabilities. The process to find the exact car with the options I wanted was smooth and quick. The finance person was also very thorough and to the point without being overbearing. This is the third car I've purchased through my salesperson going back to the VOB BMW days. She identified a vehicle that had all of the features I wanted and in the right color. I was pretty picky about the car that I was looking for, after doing quite a bit of research. The price was fair, the trip was fairly quick for purchasing a car. The initial phone call to the dealership's mainline was courteous and fast. My sales advisor was expecting my arrival well as all the other sales advisors. I was greeted by my name and huge smiles....they were welcoming and organic. I was informed of all sales discount and was provided with options to price match, from other BMW dealers. The Best car deal experience! My experience with with Karen Cruz and BMW of Rockville has been the most enjoyable experience possible. It was quick, smooth, respectful and fair!
