"Excellent customer care!" Had a great experience from start to finish. Russell Wickham, the service representative, was knowledgeable and responsive—but then he always is. Similar experience with other Rockville BMW service personal with whom I was in contact during today’s experience—car concierge, front desk personnel, and loaner car personnel.

"Long time customer. Maria continued the great experience." Maria Cocino made buying my new 330i a pleasure! Maria is a delight to work with. Her enthusiasm for BMW is infectious. "Car service for prompted notices " Excellent service attention to my concerns. Professional approach and timely service; no appointment was necessary to address my issues. Service response was friendly and support staff was accommodating.
"Service " Service advisor Cates Sr. Was very professional and I was pleased with the work done. It did take longer than I thought since I had an appointment. I had an oil and brake fluids changed and a head light change. Had an appointment at 11am. Got there at 10:28 aug.27 and waited for car. The service was completed at 14:25. Thought time was lengthy due to the fact I only had an oil , drake fuild and light changed.
