"Great Experience" I was early into a lease of a BMW that I really didn't care for. It had a big blind spot and required more maintenance than it should have. My sales person, Roxaanne Roch-Riga, got me out of that car and into a car that I love, for virtually the same price. I woke up yesterday unhappy and went to bed really happy.

"Regular Maintenance Service " Dealer punctually began service at the designated appointment time and offered me the option of waiting in a relatively comfortable customer lounge stocked with morning snacks and drinks. The Service Advisor, Ali Souley, is knowledgeable, helpful and attentive; and made certain that I was totally comfortable and content before leaving the BMW of Rockville.

"Great service! " Not my home dealership but needed service done while in Maryland. I first went to the Silver Spring location and was not pleased with the service I was given there for a previous service issue. The only other close location was Rockville BMW. I was pleasantly surprised how different I was treated at the Rockville location. "Friendly professional service" Service was prompt, courteous and professional. I had a catastrophic failure due to belt pulley that snapped. Had to be towed in. They identified and totally repaired the problem. Labor cost is high, but expected from BMW, and I did receive expert service.
