"An Awesome Experience!" I recently visited the BMW dealership in Rockville to have my car serviced. The customer service was impeccable. My service representative Joy, provided excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable and provided expert advice about the maintenance of my 2015 335i which no other dealership provided in the past.

"Great positive experience" I had a great buying experience at BMW of Rockville. I drove from Alexandria, Virginia to buy a 2019 X3 from BMW of Rockville in Maryland because they are honest, transparent and trustworthy. The X3 that I wanted to purchase included many features and options with very specific interior and exterior color and no car was found to meet my expectations in entire Eastern region.
