I unfortunately was in a car accident and needed substantial repairs on my BMW. Since I have always used Park Ave for my routine service checks on my vehicle I entrusted them with these repairs. I called Park Ave BMW to inquire about a car and spoke Brad. He answered all of my questions and arranged a convenient time for me to see the car. I live an hour away and Brad was flexible with my schedule. I had a great experience purchasing 2017 X5 at Park Ave BMW. I didn't have much time to discuss with dealers over the phone so I communicated with Hans Lee mostly through emails. He answered all my questions in timely manners and updated the process frequently enough. He definitely exceeded my expectations and so I definitely recommend him.
I have been to the dealer a few times and everytime I know that I am going receive great service. Heron Dedios is the advisor I always go to. He is very polite and always explains things so I have no questions and is never pushy. When my car is being serviced he keeps me posted the whole time my car is there. Going to the dealer is not stressful anymore, thanks to Heron. If you are going to the dealer make sure you go see him.
I've been going to park ave Bmw this year and if it wasn't for Heron. I think I would have lost my mind. Heron on and the staff there have been amazing. My truck had some issues. But haron made everything very smooth even though the outside warranty company I have is not good at all. He has really been exceptional with his service and I have recommend him to other Bmw owners as well.
It was time to turn in my leased BMW and I reached out to Sabit to check out my options. I was thinking maybe it was time to possibly lease a different type of vehicle (although I really didn't want to leave BMW I was trying to cut corners a bit).
