This is my third BMW from Brad at Park Avenue and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Brad makes it so easy to get into your new car...he is so knowledgeable and always pleasant and he really cares about his customers! Completely stress free experience!

Purchasing a vehicle from Park Avenue BMW was a great experience! The customer service was excellent, and Michael DiCandia (Sales) was a pleasure to deal with in every aspect. Everyone in the dealership was friendly, and they were very conscious of our time. Registration and license plates were provided to us one day after we purchased the vehicle! I bought a used vehicle, and it was spotless when we picked it up.
My experience with Park Ave BMW was amazing from the beginning. Upon contacting my dealer we were able to get me into a new car in less than an hour. Everything was explained thoroughly and I was able to pick up my car at the end of the week. I didn't have to worry about anything! They definitely know how to take care of a customer!

I have owned several Porsches in my life - and the service experience at Park Ave BMW - which starts with the facility and ends with the advisor - has been a thousand times better than the Porsche dealer could ever hope to provide.
