I always bring my vehicle to the dealership where Claudio Claro is. My trust in his unquestionable professionalism and superior service is peace of mind. I have followed Mr. Claro for 10 years. Yes, I am his stalker!! Park Ave BMW is lucky to have him. Park Ave BMW facility is clean, modern, easy to access, staff is accommodating and friendly.
I have dealt with a a lot of different service advisors, with different dealerships. I have never dealt with an advisor like Claudio. I can call anytime with an issue with my vehicle and usual get the help I need at that given time in most cases. But, if not he will get the answer and get back to me with a resolution in most situations. I travel from New York to, New Jersey, to service my vehicle with Claudio. I will go where he goes. Thumbs up to him.
I have serviced more than 6 BMW's through Eric since 2011. Every time I have issue with my cars and even just regular maintenances, I call Eric and he takes care of the rest. Very honest, knowledgeable, and more than fair!! I highly recommend you to bring your BMW to Eric for service. He is the best service advisor I ever met and i am extremely happy with work and efforts!!
We have owned 5 Bmw's. Eric always, i mena always finds solutions to fix the problem. We moved to Wilmington, DE and absolutely refuse local BMW service as cant fix the problem or long appt ( weeks ahead for a loaner car). I miss my Park Ave visits and ease of service, loaner cars and friendly do it attitude rather than trying to extract the next dollar. I have purchased 3 cares at Park Ave and I have been going there for service for over 10 years and I have had MANY service advisers. Since I met Heron I told them I don't want any other advisor; if he is not the one taking care of my care I will come in on a day that he is there because I don't want to deal with anyone else. Hans Lee was absolutely amazing. From the first time when my wife and I wanted to just test drive an X1 Hans was knowledgeable and never pushy. He encouraged us to look at other options knowing he represented the best brand in the class. Coming to an agreement on a deal on an X1 was the most pleasant, easy experience I have ever had with a dealership and it's salesperson. My wife and I have become clients of Hans for life!
I bought my first New BMW x6 2012 from Brad Russak. I'm very pleased an great experience with my first purchase.
