Called Park Avenue to schedule a service for my daughters car. Larry Weiner was extremely helpful in scheduling the appointment. Larry offered us a loaner car but we decided to wait. What a great set up. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional I even got to enjoy coffee and a muffin while I waited.Why would you go anywhere else? The service center seemed very busy with a lot of vehicles in the building when I visited. The service reps there seemed to really have a good handle on things as the clients and their vehicle's were attended to quickly as well as the loaner desk. Even when picking up later in the day, they brought up my vehicle quickly in the busy environment.
It was my first time looking to buy a BMW and I knew I wanted a crossover. Right away Michael listened to my needs for a new car and showed me the top X3s and X5s also advising on better options to suit my price range. It was a great experience and very refreshing to work with someone so knowledgable. Definitely recommend Michael for your next stop into Park Ave!

I was very please to work with Hans. He ran me through a number of options...2016 vs. 2017, finance vs. lease vs. pay in cash, ordering vs. taking a car already in the states...and I found the advise very honest and helpful.

I have used Prestige BMW and when my lease renewal came around I went back to Prestige and was treated like garbage (literally). I stopped by into Park Ave with no high expectations and met with Ed and wow what an experience. He works with you, listens to your needs and makes sure the process is smooth and hassle free.
