I felt that the saleman could have been a little more friendly. However, the overall experience was good. Now, that the sale has been made, I feel the true test of customer service will begin.

Everyone I spoke with at BMW of Chattanooga was extremely polite. I want to recognize Nik for being such a a great Sales rep. He gained my trust immediately, and along with Leslie from finance and Christine, they made my drive up to TN from Fl very easy. This is the second BMW that Isabel has been our client advisor. She continuously kept in touch with us and assisted my wife each time she visited the dealership for service.
