The experience was very good. I have leased or owned four other 750's and have nothing but the best experience every time I trade. I own other vehicles and I always refer to the Chattanooga BMW dealership as the "one to beat" as far as customer service and overall satisfaction. This does not make me very popular with other dealers but I don't care. The goal was set and they need to "up their game".

Nik and the entire team give us all the attention we needed and were very informative as the deal progressed. Always thought of buying an BMW at one time & after our visit in looking at another vehicle we took a test drive and was impressed with the styling & performance of the BMW.
