Tyde was very helpful in completing my vehicle transaction - i drove from Charlotte NC and he was able to complete all of my paperwork well in advance so that i had a smooth and efficient transaction
The experience was very good. I have leased or owned four other 750's and have nothing but the best experience every time I trade. I own other vehicles and I always refer to the Chattanooga BMW dealership as the "one to beat" as far as customer service and overall satisfaction. This does not make me very popular with other dealers but I don't care. The goal was set and they need to "up their game".
Nik and the entire team give us all the attention we needed and were very informative as the deal progressed. Nik stuck with us the whole way through, was very helpful with familiarizing me with the 335i's features, and saw to it that the car got a detailing that very day. We couldn't have wished for treatment better than we received at BMW of Chattanooga and are very appreciative of Nik especially.
The level of service offered by Brian Roberts was outstanding in multiple aspects...he was very professional, fully engaged with my transaction, and resolved all issues, with a calm and business like manner. I was pleased with all aspects of the car buying process at your facility, including your facility, the product(x-3), and the price. Always thought of buying an BMW at one time & after our visit in looking at another vehicle we took a test drive and was impressed with the styling & performance of the BMW. The safety devices that came with the car were a plus as well. Our sales associate (Brian Roberts) was very helpful in answering our questions as well.
