Service Brought my car over to Bill Jacobs bmw for a recall to be performed. Alex Flinn was the service guy who helped me. He did a great job. I was very pleased how smoothly everything went. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

BMW Great Service Service Rep Deanna is top notch and has always provided me outstanding customer service. Had some bad luck with 3 flat tires and each and every time she provided me with a loaner car and coverage bought when I bought car covered the new tire each time!!
