Bill Jacob BMW Service Mike Alwin and his Team took very good care of my 340. I had my spring service and inspection completed. As usual the experience was completely smooth. Great service advisor Deanna is by far the best service advisor. She always keeps me updated on services via email or phone calls. She also went out of her way to assist me with information and details in purchasing my new 2019 m550!! Always feels like family with her, I would not go anywhere else and would highly recommend her.
