Best service advisor Service advisor, Deanna, went above and beyond to resolve my car issue. There were some miscommunications on my CPO warranty but Deanna took care of it. She was prompt, compassionate, committed and focused to get things done for me. I would go get my car service at bill Jacobs solely due to Deanna! Thank you!

Service Had my vehicle towed in over the weekend due to a pothole impact. Alex Flinn my Advisor was great in handling the insurance claim and getting my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. Bill jacobs is a great place to have your car serviced.
